The Georgia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (GAPDES) allows the Department of Natural Resources' Environmental Protection Division (EPD) to manage information used by its permitting and compliance programs. To get started, select the Permitting, Inspection, or Enforcement icon to see items requiring your attention. Use the Find Permit tool to directly locate an EPD permitted or unpermitted facility. Select the New Permit Wizard or New Unpermitted Facility Permit (GAU…) to create a new permit or unpermitted facility. Enter a new spill by selecting the Spill icon.
